Tony… I just met with my doctor last week… he said the best way to break a plateau (which I also hit one for three weeks!) was to change your routine. So, he had me change my eating/exercise routine. I added an extra 15 minutes of exercise and INCREASED my caloric intake by 200 calories as day.  I lost 5 pounds!  and this week, I have already lost one!
