How long can you stay on one antibiotic?

The worse part is that the acne bacteria might become immune to the antibiotics, and you’ll start to break out again. So you’ll hafta switch antibiotics. That’s what I’ve heard, I’m on my 4th week on erythromycin , and it is quite effective.
