Will accutane be dangerous? Just had surgery..

About 1 1/2 ago I had my jaw set back. I want to go back to my derm and get back on accutane because my acne has been flaring up for months now. I am just wondering if accutane will have any negative effects on my jaw bone healing?

Accutane does have side effect of bone changes but significance of this change is unknown. And that’s all the information that’s given from Roche and other reports says pretty much the same.
